KhersonOblEnergo

OJSC Khersonoblenergo is the power transport company. In 2001 65% of actions of Khersonoblenergo have been bought by the Slovak company VSE. This company has transferred its share holdings of four Ukrainian power companies to its affiliated company VS Energy International N.V.(Netherlands). State Joint Stock Company Khersonoblenergo has been based on the basis of Kherson and Novokahovskiy enterprises of electric networks, as well as the Kherson thermal power station by order of the Ministry of energy and electrification since August, 11th, 1995.

The fund GAEK has consisted of 94975,04 thousand simple registered stocks face value 0,25 hryvnia. The total amount is 23743,76 thousand hryvnia.
