Ministry of Finance of Ukraine

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine is the central enforcement authority which activity is coordinated by the Cabinet of Ukraine.

The Ministry of Finance is a principal organ in a system of the central enforcement authorities on maintenance of realization of uniform state financial, budgetary, tax, customs policy, policy in sphere of the state internal financial control, release and carrying out of lotteries, development and manufactures of holographic protective elements.

The Ministry of Finance is guided by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, and also decrees of the President of Ukraine and decisions of the Supreme Soviet of Ukraine, accepted according to the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, certificates of the Cabinet of Ukraine and this Position.

The Ministry of Finance organizes performance of certificates of the legislation within the limits of its powers and carries out the regular control over their realization, generalizes practice of application of the legislation which belong to its competence, develops offers concerning perfection of the legislation and submits them in due order for consideration of the Cabinet of Ukraine.
