State Statistics Committee of Ukraine

The State Committee of Statistics of Ukraine is the central enforcement authority with the special status. The basic document adjusting legal relations in sphere of the state statistics, the Law of Ukraine «About the State Statistics» which defines the rights and functions of bodies of the state statistics, organizational bases of realization of the state statistical activity with the purpose of reception of the all-round and objective statistical information.

The special representative the central enforcement authority in sphere of statistics is the State committee of statistics of Ukraine. The enterprises concern to sphere of management of Goskomstat, certain establishments and the organizations in the List, approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ukraine, together make uniform system of bodies of the state statistics of Ukraine.
