Azot Severodonetsk

CJSC Severodonetsk Azot Association was set up in the course of reorganization of State Severodonetsk Manufacturing Enterprise Objedinenie Azot in accordance with the resolution of the Statutory meeting dated 24.12.2004. The history of the enterprise began in February 16, 1951 and today it is the leading chemical company in Ukraine.
Products manufactured at Severodonetsk Azot are of high quality and find a stable market. More than 70% of its output is exported to CIS and worldwide countries.

Severodonetsk Azot was awarded by international prizes «Gold Globe», «Trade Leder Club» and etc. for the export of quality and competitive products, for accurate execution of contracts and active integration into worldwide economics.

Severodonetsk Association Azot reached 36 million hryvnia profit in 2006. The factory is the third on size in Ukraine the manufacturer of ammonia. Worldwide Chemical LLC (affiliated company of American corporation IBE Trade Corp.) owns 60% of actions of CJSC Severodonetsk Azot Association and 40% is a fund of the state property.
