Joint Venture with the Spanish Investor Intersplav, formed on the basis of the Sverdlovsk factory of aluminum alloys of the Ministry of nonferrous metallurgy of the USSR in 1989, operates in conditions of self-financing and full self-support since June, 1st, 1989. The investor of manufacture is the manufacturer of secondary aluminum known all over the world and the leading developer of high technologies of processing of a secondary raw material the Spanish Remetal, S.A. of Bilbao.

The basic field of activity of the enterprise is manufacture and realization of secondary aluminum alloys which are used in such areas, as motor industry, mechanical engineering, ferrous metallurgy.
